So How Does It Work?
1. CONTACT!
Give us a call (0191 2393931) or drop us an email (marketingsales.union@ncl.ac.uk) and have a chat. It is, after all, good to talk. In general all we need to know is (a) the nature of your business, (b) where you are based and (c) what your expectations of the campaign are, and we can start something rolling.
If you are a local company and would be happier with a visit to our site, that's great! If you want us to come to you, thats good too. For national clients, we are more than willing to pull together the relevant bodies for a meeting. Give us enough notice and we might even bring some biscuits...
2. QUOTE!
After we have discussed the outcomes you want from the campaign, we will put together a quote for you. Upfront, it's usually easier if you let us know what sort of budget we are working within and what you envisage the primary media to be. Additionally, we all understand that everyone wants maximum value for their marketing pounds, so we will endeavour to give you a startling good package at the first time of asking. However, if you want that little extra, just ask - quiet bairns get nowt, as we say up here!
3. EXECUTE!
Once the quote has been accepted, we'll kick into full gear. We'll issue you with an order form detailing your order. Along with the order will be our terms and conditions and any print or web specifications you require. We'll also advise you of any deadlines for your media. When you return a signed copy of our order form to us, that's our trigger to kick start your campaign!
4. THE WARM AFTERGLOW...
We'll then send you whatever campaign proof you require - photo evidence, sign-off sheets, voucher copies etc. and perform any follow-up market research that you have ordered. We'll also have a chat with you about any other campaigns you might want to book, or whether you need to continue the current one.
